Windsong Properties is honored to announce that we received a Guildmaster Award for its unwavering commitment to customer service. GuildQuality, a third-party customer satisfaction surveying company, has powered the Guildmaster Awards since 2005 to celebrate service superiority among home builders, remodelers and real estate professionals.
In granting awards, GuildQuality considers two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend and the percentage of customers who responded. Feedback from the most recent 20 customers are considered. Incorporating a high response rate into the calculation enables GuildQuality to confidently distinguish top performing companies.
