His journey into the homebuilding industry was inspired by the diverse work experiences in his previous roles, which allowed him to view things through an operational lens. In his day-to-day role, Luke enjoys finding and implementing processes that enhance productivity and improve business outcomes.

Luke's professional path includes involvement in the Meritage Homes acquisition of Legendary Homes where he discovered a passion for leadership and people development as the former VP of Operations. At Windsong Properties, he is committed to driving operational growth through active listening and humility, always seeking to learn and improve.

Joining Windsong Properties was a natural choice for Luke, as the company's values align with his own. He is dedicated to sustaining the legacy of care for employees and homeowners that Windsong has built over the years. He sees his role as impacting the homeowner experience by innovating and delivering unique offerings, ensuring that Windsong continues to be a leader in the industry.

Outside of work, Luke is a dedicated husband and father of three and enjoys spending time with his family on their farm. He stays active, enjoys playing and listening to music, and is always preparing for the next day's challenges with enthusiasm.
