Davar Ashtin

Architectural Project Coordinator

Davar Ashtin uses his extensive architectural knowledge and computer software skills to create innovative designs for our communities. He earned his Master of Science in Architecture from IAU in 2000, then studies at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned his Master of Science in Building Construction in 2012. Davar has held multiple positions in the field.

He has served as an architect/designer and project manager at Capital Design and Construction, Inc. in Atlanta and was also a part-time project assistant at Excel Capital Construction, Inc. Davar holds certifications for international residential code and residential building information modeling. He belongs to the American institute of building design (AIBD), International Architects Society, and Construction Management Association of America (CMAA).
