Preferred Lenders

Buyer must place and close a loan with one of the above approved lenders, or pay cash, to receive ANY contribution offered by the Seller, i.e. closing costs, rate buy-downs, options, or price reductions.

Buyers are not required to use one of the above approved Windsong Preferred Lenders for their loan. Buyer acknowledges that Buyer will be responsible for paying Seller $250 per day should the closing be delayed due to a non-preferred lender.
