Our Team

Wendy Marovich provides Online Sales and Marketing Support for Windsong, bringing extensive experience in new home marketing, online sales, and residential real estate to her role. Throughout her career, Wendy has held positions in marketing leadership, online new home sales, marketing coordination, and general real estate, giving her a well-rounded understanding of both the homebuying journey and the work that happens behind the scenes to support it. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia State University and is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors.

Wendy enjoys supporting the Windsong team behind the scenes, taking on a variety of roles and helping set others up for success. A longtime Cherokee County resident, she has called the area home since 1993. Wendy and her husband, Todd, have been married for more than 20 years and are proud parents of a son who attends Young Harris College and plays on the men’s golf team. Outside of work, Wendy enjoys playing pickleball, spending time at the beach, cooking, and making time for family and friends.
