Our Team

Todd Welch is Windsong’s Marketing Manager, building awareness of the Windsong story by leveraging his wealth of experience in thoughtful marketing campaigns and promotions. Todd began his career in the real estate industry in 1997 and has built a strong reputation for success as part of the teams responsible for numerous award-winning promotions, media events, and marketing materials in both print and digital media. His previous work experience is a well-rounded blend of well-known regional homebuilders and a range of clients for a successful Atlanta-based marketing and advertising agency.

Among Todd’s accomplishments are numerous Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) OBIE Awards for marketing and promotional campaigns, and he has also served as a member of the GAHBA’s Sales & Marketing Council. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California at San Diego. 

Born in North Carolina, Todd grew up in Indiana and California and continues to root form the Indiana Hoosiers and the Indianapolis Colts. He also enjoys live music and exercising his creativity in the kitchen as an amateur chef.
