Tammy Weniger is a Sales Professional for Windsong, bringing more than 25 years of new home sales experience to her role. After beginning her real estate career in 1998, Tammy quickly found her passion in new home sales and has spent her career helping buyers find the perfect place to call home. Since relocating to Georgia in 2001, she has represented a variety of respected homebuilders and communities, including townhomes, traditional single-family homes, and Active Adult neighborhoods. Tammy is an OBIE Award winner as part of the 2022 Sales Team of the Year and a Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Realtors Association Million Dollar Club, consistently ranking among the top five percent of producers from 2020 through 2025.

Tammy is passionate about helping buyers find solutions that fit their lifestyle while providing an exceptional homebuying experience through personalized service and attention to detail. She enjoys working collaboratively with her team to achieve shared goals and takes pride in building lasting relationships with her homeowners. Outside of work, Tammy has been married to her high school sweetheart for more than 38 years and treasures spending time with their four grown children, their spouses, and seven grandchildren. A college graduate in Piano Performance, she also enjoys serving her local church through music.
