Our Team

Steven Kendrick is a Customer Care Specialist at Windsong, working directly with Windsong homeowners after closing to supervise any necessary work for quality assurance and warranty and to ensure any questions or concerns are promptly addressed.

Steven’s previous experience includes home warranty work as well as more than 15 years as a Real Estate Appraiser. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Alabama and served in the United States Marine Corps Reserves. Outside of work, Steven enjoys the outdoors including fishing, kayaking, biking, and camping.
