Our Team

Now retired, Steve Romeyn co-founded Windsong with Mark Carruth in 2003, using his three decades of Atlanta homebuilding and development experience to help build the foundation for Windsong’s longevity and ongoing success.

Since stepping back from day-to-day operations at Windsong in 2019, Steve devotes his time to enjoying his children and grandchildren in Los Angeles, Bali, and Nairobi and travelling the world finding inspiration for new designs.
