Our Team

Nickie Lucrezia is Windsong’s Estimator, bringing more than ten years of experience in residential construction operations to her role. She loves putting her operational experience and talents to work at Windsong as it allows her to play a behind-the-scenes role in creating homes and communities that new home buyers are truly excited to come home to each day. 

Nickie earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design. She resides in Marietta with her husband, one dog, and two cats. Outside of work, she spends her free time running or travelling.
