Our Team

Lydia Badgett is Windsong’s Senior Land Analyst, supporting the team in identifying land, evaluating acquisitions, and bringing to fruition exceptional new lifestyle communities. Prior to joining the Windsong team, her professional experience includes roles as an Atlanta land analyst for one of the nation’s largest publicly traded homebuilders and also as a development analyst for an Atlanta-based multi-family development firm.

 

Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in Strategy and Innovation. Outside of work, Lydia enjoys spending time with her husband and their Bernedoodle, Waylon, playing tennis, baking sourdough, and enjoying the outdoors.
