Kristy is an accomplished sales professional with Windsong Properties, bringing more than 18 years of sales experience and a genuine passion for helping clients find and create a home they love.

Throughout her career, Kristy has been recognized for her outstanding sales performance and dedication to her clients, earning honors including Community of the Year, Rookie Salesperson of the Year, Million Dollar Club Member, Top Sales Team, and Top Producer. She is also a proud member of the Cobb Association of REALTORS®.

A graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Kristy began her career in marketing, where she was involved in promoting the transition and rebranding of Mail Boxes Etc. to The UPS Store. That early experience helped build the strong foundation in marketing, communication, and customer service that she brings to her real estate career today.

Kristy especially loves the homebuilding process and the opportunity to help clients turn their vision into reality. From selecting the perfect homesite and elevation to making design selections and navigating each step of construction, she enjoys guiding homeowners through the entire experience from start to finish. Her goal is to make the process exciting, enjoyable, and as seamless as possible while helping each client create a home that truly feels like their own.

Outside of work, Kristy enjoys traveling, spending time at the beach, relaxing at the family cabin, and, most of all, making special memories with her husband and daughter.
