Karen Roeder is a Sales Professional for Windsong, bringing more than 33 years of award-winning new home sales experience to her role. Throughout her career, Karen has been recognized as a Top Sales Associate, Million Dollar Club member, Top Sales Team performer, and contributor to Community of the Year honors. A graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Education, Karen began her professional career teaching high school mathematics before transitioning into new home sales in 1993. She is also a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors.

Karen is passionate about helping buyers find not only the right home, but the perfect homesite to bring their vision to life. She enjoys guiding homeowners through every step of the building process and keeping them connected with homebuilding progress, especially those relocating from out of town. For Karen, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing buyers experience the excitement of watching their selections come together and become a place they will truly call home. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, spending time at the lake, playing tennis and pickleball, and making memories with her husband of more than 35 years, their four children, and four grandchildren.
