Construction knowledge, Excel and administrative skills are a plus. The new homes sales assistant must be detail oriented, organized and an excellent communicator. The position also requires strong administrative skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Applicants interested in the estimator position must be experienced in residential construction. Additionally, the position requires strong attention to details and analytics. Excel skills are a must. Lastly, those interested in the finish manager position should have residential construction field experience.
