Jeb leads Windsong’s Land Development group, the team responsible for the process of taking a parcel of land and transforming it to be ready for the construction of new homes. This begins with the creation of a unique site plan, the vision for the community and, along with locations for homes, includes amenities such as clubhouses and landscaping, which together make it stand out as a Windsong Property. Next is the engineering of a site, developing the plans that take it from undeveloped to construction-ready and up to Windsong standards. This includes clearing the land, building roads and curbs, and installing utilities, including sewer and power. Throughout the process, Jeb manages permitting, working with local county officials and cities to follow municipal codes, regulations, and processes.
Jeb has been with Windsong for eight years, serving as a Finish Manager, a Builder, a Project Manager, and for the last four years, in Land Development. Having been a part of every aspect of home building gives Jeb a perspective on the superior qualities of a finished Windsong home. This guides his role in planning the initial development of a community.
Prior to Windsong, Jeb spent eight years in construction with experience in insurance restoration, remodeling, and complete home renovation. While at Windsong, Jeb received his residential light commercial license for home building and completed a certification in business management at Kennesaw State University.
