Windsong Office Manager & HR Generalist, Jackie Conley has her hands in nearly every aspect of the Windsong organization, managing the day-to-day operations of the office, assisting with Design Center logistics, and coordinating the Homeowner Association aspects of each Windsong community.
Jackie earned her Bachelors degree in Management at Kennesaw State University, and launched her career as Administrative and Accounting Assistant with Fieldstone Management, where she learned about HOA management.
She earned her CAM license, enabling her to serve as Community Association Manager for more than 21 communities. She later worked for the Community Club Management division of Heritage Property Management, where she facilitated the transition of properties from developer to homeowner control and preparing the HOA budgets for each community, a role she holds at Windsong, as well.
Jackie is deeply involved in each Windsong community from start to finish, coordinating permits with the city or county, arranging for installation of mailboxes with the U.S. Postal Service, and establishing the AT&T installations of cable and phone for the Sales Offices, Clubhouse, and each individual home.
She also manages the closing process for Windsong homeowners, ensuring all paperwork is in order for both the attorney and the buyers.
And Jackie serves as the friendly voice who answers the telephone for Windsong, so each buyer and trade partner will have the opportunity to say hello from time to time.
