From the perspective of homeowners, Bob and Kathy Bannwart - We moved here from Connecticut where the price of heating oil and property taxes were outrageous. We also wanted to get away from all the work of harsh winter weather - shoveling and blowing snow and ice built up on the roof. And the taking care of an acre and a half of land. We shopped for more than 4 years throughout the southeast, but for some reason Georgia was calling to us. We had an agent that was wonderful and helped us find a Community by the name of Trinity Village. During this first visit, and visits that followed in this community we had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know many very nice, friendly people. We kept on looking long and hard for the right fit of home plans that fit our lifestyle in a great environment. We also toured Windsong at Seven Hills on that trip and had the pleasure of meeting Kris, and fell in love with the homes that Windsong was building. But, unfortunately, that community wasn’t the right fit for us. By the time we made a third trip to Georgia, visiting another variety of communities, we were feeling tired of shopping and ready for this to be settled. Kendra, our original agent, had some great news for us: Windsong had taken over Trinity Village and was now in the process of building a new community named Bel-Aire. What more could we ask for? We had the location that we liked from the beginning and the builder that could give us the home that we were looking for. This bit of news gave us both chills from head to toes, and made us say: “This feels right!" We had been watching Windsong’s website over the years and were very impressed that when a community was started, it was finished and closed out fairly quickly. We were confident that Windsong would fulfill their obligations and complete this lovely community. With this we decided to have our home built here at Bel-Aire choosing the Monterey Floor Plan. Initially we were concerned about noise and privacy, but this has been a great experience and it isn’t an issue at all. We love the Monterey plan because it has split bedrooms and offers a lot of flexible space and privacy. Steve, the owner of Windsong, and Kris, the sales agent, were amazing and accommodating. Their attention to detail and patience in getting us into the right house on the right lot was very much appreciated. Mike, the builder was also quite impressive with his critical eye. A week before closing, Mike demonstrated a level of quality that one hopes to get from a newly built home. We have also been impressed with their customer service; they always have time for you, even after the closing. We really enjoy how fun and low maintenance this community is and we have both picked up new activities and get to enjoy the outdoors often. We now have a short 6 hour drive to see our daughter and her family in Lakeland, Florida. Windsong has done a great job of creating a beautiful and livable community here. This home, this community, the process of building a new home, the location and the lifestyle was just what we were searching for — we’ve been here a year and are very happy at Bel-Aire! Windsong has done a great job we would highly recommend them to our friends. At Bel-Aire, we are truly living Where Life’s a Breeze!
