From the perspective of homebuyers, Ken and Susan Tovay - We were fortunate to find Windsong Properties. Living in East Cobb, we wanted to stay close enough to Atlanta so we could have access to the international airport, but wanted to be in a more rural area. When we came to Bel~Aire and saw Parkside, we fell in love. Parkside is a loop of homes that all face a beautifully landscaped park. My wife and I immediately envisioned ourselves taking a walk, having a picnic, and just hanging out there. It feels like you are in the country out here and yet still really close to everything. We especially liked that it is a small community — not so many people that you feel obligated to participate in activities all the time. It was important to us to get a feel for neighbors and so we knocked on doors and asked around. We sensed a warmth that made us feel right at home - everyone we spoke to was so nice and welcoming and they all encouraged us to move here. For us, that cemented it! We selected the Monterey because it was the right size plan and when we walked in, it just felt comfortable. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen and having one large great room felt perfect for the way we live. The outdoor patio space was also really important and we added pavers so that when we move in we can create an outdoor living space that we’ll use all the time in Georgia’s lovely seasons - and it will feel like our great room just got bigger. Working with the sales people here at Bel~Aire has been so easy, and we have met several other members of the team from corporate. Everyone is so nice and instills a confidence that makes us feel even more comfortable with our choice. We purchased on February, 12, 2013 and are now at the point of scheduling our preconstruction meeting, which will kick off the construction process. We are so excited to live at Bel~Aire and look forward to being in our new Windsong home this Summer.
