Please remember that if you have any questions or concerns about your new home, write them down and we will address them at your 45-day Warranty Walk.  Anything that arises after that will be addressed at your 11-month Warranty Walk, to ensure that your home is free from any construction imperfections.  Please refer to your Homeowner Manual for a list of items that are covered under your limited warranty.
