Director of Strategy

In her role as the Director of Strategy, Kara Godfrey leverages a wealth of business and development experience, having successfully operated in diverse sectors such as technology, manufacturing, and healthcare consulting. Her background encompasses pivotal roles in Operations, Human Resources, and Training & Development.

Kara earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Comprehensive Economics from the University of West Florida, where she minored in management. She went on to earn her MBA and holds certificates in Supply Chain Management and E-Learning Instructional Design.

Her focus at Windsong Properties is on improving processes and aligning strategic efforts. Kara collaborates across various departments, contributing to the continuous improvement and overall enhancement of the company.

Kara relocated from Florida in 2013, and lives in Roswell with her husband and daughter, Adam and Emaline. Her favorite hobbies are sports (football and baseball), reading, and visiting the Forgotten Coast.
