Brian Alcott

New Home Warranty Manager

After college, Brian entered the workforce as a code compliance officer with the City of Margate, Florida, giving him the opportunity to work with review committees and builders, and launching his career in the residential construction industry. Upon relocating to Georgia in 2004, he specialized in residential warranty work. Brian likes getting to know his clients and he says active adults tend to enjoy the more personalized attention.

Brian has the opportunity to interact with Windsong homeowners to ensure all warranty work is completed to their satisfaction. He lives in Canton, GA, with his wife and two children.
